Chapter Fourteen

We finished filming the music video for Giz today. It only took three days, two less than planned. Giz was actually very cool while she was here. She wasn’t her normal bossy self, trying to get under my skin. She was friendly and respectful. I’m sure things will be back to normal when we’re on tour, but it was nice that she made a genuine effort while she was here on the land of my people.

We tried to involve as much of the tribe as possible. The crew took a lot of footage of artists making baskets, pottery, and jewelry, people working in various shops around town, people playing in the river and along its banks, and some family gatherings and bonfires. Then they recorded us having a huge pow wow with lots of musicians and dancers. Our priests and priestesses, including Awenasa, did spiritual blessings and chanting in the Cherokee language, and narrated stories as our best dancers acted out different Cherokee legends through dance.

My brother Joey had finished his own hawk wings, so he performed a hawk dance with my dad. They were really good and it made me proud to watch. My girls surprised me by getting up and performing the Navajo Hoop Dance together. They were so beautiful and perfect. I had no idea they had been practicing to do that for the pow wow. Sara and I did a wild variation of our fire dance. The bonfire was already lit, so we had to adjust it, but it was still pretty awesome. The whole squad was also in the pow wow during open dance segments. We even had some of the tourists come out and join us.

Giz was extremely happy with all of the footage they collected. They collected hours of footage, so it will be interesting to see how they edit and piece it all together. Giz only made an appearance for her own video in the last dance scene when we brought tourists and the squad out to dance with us.

We were covered in body paint and fire soot after we finished, so we came back to Sequoia’s and Tahoma’s home to take turns getting showers. I’m the last to take mine so the water is pretty chill. I’m shivering and my teeth are chattering when I step out to wrap in a towel. This is why we take family showers. We take too long and use all of the hot water if we take individual showers.

I wrap up tightly in my towel and sprint down the hall to get to my girls to cling to their warm bodies. I open the door and release a long moan as I quickly close the door behind myself and lock it. My girls are standing side by side and are bent over the side of the bed with their asses in the air. They’re completely naked except for a pair of very sexy lace panties that only covers half of their cheeks. Their backs are arched, accentuating their incredible curves, and they’re smiling over their shoulders at me.
